The ground level has been integrated through the creation of a square at the intersection of two main streets and a passageway that forms a pedestrian shopping route. While the passage ensures connectivity, it also provides shaded areas suitable for İzmir’s hot climate. The form of the two-story building is oriented toward the sea, allowing the upper-floor residences to benefit from the view. The plot has been divided into private and public zones; the section with the pool has been designed as an inner courtyard, separated from the retail area.
