While the project was in the implementation phase, field visits were made and determinations were made, and the building facades and landscape design were considered as a whole. The building size and mass forms continued according to the approved project. The two parcels were used as a joint, but with the intention of using them separately in the future, a central axis and two entrances were defined in the vertical direction.
The layout scheme of the parcel with the park, orchard, pool and sports areas was created and their relationships with each other were designed to ensure settlement in an area with a level difference of 25 meters. Special garden areas have been created for the use of all flats. There are parking areas for bicycles and electric mobile devices in front of the buildings. Unplastered Kyrenia stone, similar in color to red earth, and iron railings specially designed for the project were used on the exterior walls of the garden. Site entrance gates are designed with iron railings and plastered surfaces, which are commonly used in Island architecture.
